Did you know that the writer of the book is often unable to select the title for their own book? Editors and publicists are out to promote the books as best they can, so the title and cover illustration are not decided upon by the writer in many cases.
What are some alternative titles for the book you have read? Explain why they may be a better selection than the one that the book currently has.

I recently finished Across the Universe by Beth Revis. If I were to change the name of this book, I would title it Godspeed's Deception. Perhaps not as enticing for the reader, but certainly it is characteristic of the texts. "Godspeed" is the name of the emence shape vessel that carries a world from one end of the universe to the other. "Deception" allows for the consideration of the various levels of falsehood upon the ship.
